However, the victim pulled out a knife. Now i'm no expert but if one feels the need to carry a knife i'm thinking they may not be the most innocent person in the world either.

I carry a knife everywhere, my entire regiment carry knives. I don't carry a knife around to look for trouble though. Push comes to shove, if i was in this situation I'd probably pull it out.

And this happened December 30, 2012 which means this guy has most likely been out doing whatever with his life for 3 years while the victim probably hasn't enjoyed life as much since this attack.
