Default Should Donald Trump be banned from entering Canada?

He does seem to have disruptive (anti-everything, including British commonwealth) foreign policy.

I can imagine that Mexico is debating this right now.

Donald Trump is the result of pure democracy.

It also why we get only reality TV programing.

So no. He has not done any illegal even if you dont approve his tactics.

Be a pretty sad day when we tried to ban someone from entering who hasn't broken any laws either here or in his home country.

Technically, Kim Jong UN/IL hasn't done anything illegal either. He tested a nuke or two, the US tests hundreds. He threw some political prisoners in jail, US has Gitmo. They both socialize billions of dollars of losses onto the greater populace or investors.

Trump is pretty close to Kim Jong, very comparible. One just happens to be an Asian guy with weird hair, the other - a White guy with weird hair. If we let Trump in, I say we have to invite Kim Jong Il for a basketball and hockey game.

Convenient that you forgot about the concentration camps run by NK.

He is only saying in public what most white Americans say behind closed doors. I would love for him to be president just to watch the shit show he creates.

I'd love to see a debate between Nenshi and Trump.

Typical liberal/socialist idea - I don't like somebody or what they are saying, so I'll just make a law that makes what they say and do illegal, or bar them from speaking altogether under some legal pretense.

Also, Kim Jong UN hasn't been banned form coming to Canada. I'm sure if he wanted to visit here Trudeau would roll out the red carpet, and honestly why not, he hasn't broken any laws here, even if what he's done during his rule so far doesn't exactly meet with our approval. We've had Saudi princes by the bucket come here, and that country summarily chops the heads off people for things that aren't even crimes here.

Considering we sided against them in a big way during the Korean War, they have imprisoned Canadian citizens in the past, we do not have an embassy in NK nor do we have any diplomatic relations with the country after they sank one of our allies naval vessels, and they are technically at war with one of our allies; I have my doubts that KJU would ever come here, nor would we ever invite him not matter how deluded Justin Trudeau is.

I doubt any of them would risk leaving the country to anywhere but a close ally due to risk of being sanctioned by the ICC.

Anyhow yea there is literally no reason why we wouldn't let Donald Trump in the country, I'm sure he has been to Canada plenty of times. Just no one cared before he decided to run for president.

I know a lot of people think that the world somehow would end if DT was elected president, those people are however wrong. Might not be a positive force for the country or the world. But then again how many American presidents in the last 50 years could you say we're positive influences on the world.

The world keeps spinning round and round.

Hah, I'd say there is no reason to invade North Korea as there is nothing to gain.

Now if North Korea (and others like Vietnam) and especially if Britain tried to invade the US, it might be worthwhile to pile on the US even as small a chance as there is at winning - Invading the US would at least be gainful.

Its the same argument for Trump putting a 25% tax on China, you don't put a 25% tax on Africa - because there would be no gain to it.

I'm probably going to regret saying that. Although I'm sure that Trump would take an invasion by Canada as a sign of respect. True capitalists like a good fight in all arenas.

Trump has a "Textbook" Mental disorder.

Acording to a number of top U.S. psychologists, like Harvard professor and researcher Howard Gardener, Donald Trump is a “textbook” narcissist. In fact, he fits the profile so well that clinical psychologist George Simon told Vanity Fair, “He’s so classic that I’m archiving video clips of him to use in workshops.” This puts Trump in the same category as a number of infamous dictators like Muammar Gaddafi, Napoleon Bonaparte, and Saddam Hussein.
