Auto Obsessed Summer Prep Detail finished in Swissvax Shield - 1994 Camaro Z28

Auto Obsessed performed a summer prep detail to this 1994 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Ragtop. The exterior underwent a full decontamination wash including iron and tar removal. In addition the engine bay and exhaust tips were detailed. The fabric convertible top was cleaned and coated with a hydrophobic protectant. The interior was detailed and the leather was cleaned and conditioned with Swissvax. The paintwork was fully polished to remove minor scratches and swirl marks prior to final coating with Swissvax Shield PTFE Wax.

AFTER – After the wheels have been cleaned with a selection of wheel brushes and with Sonax Full Effect Wheel Cleaner.

PROCESS – Covering the paintwork and glass to prevent overspray of fabric protectant. We then clean the convertible top with Raggtopp Fabric Convertible top cleaner and protect the fabric with Gtechniq I1.

Any reason why the Gtechniq I1 Smart Fabric is used instead of the Raggtopp Convertible Fabric protectant?

Btw, thx for the reminder email regarding product price increases. Finally broke down to upgrade my polisher to the rupes. Let's hope I have time (two kids) and will learn to use it properly.

I know you don't post the costs but roughly how much would something like this cost?

Are we talking $500? $750? $1000?

Ive always been curious about cost too. Like every vehicle is breath taking. Regardless it must be worth every penny.

Really curious what you guys could do on a reaaaaaalllly neglected car (no body damage or major paint flaws of course).
