What about the fact that primates are omnivores?

Judging by all the celebrity deaths this year, no need to plan on living past 70. #yolo

You mean humans are omnivores cause apes and monkeys are not. However, humans are not meant to be.

The CEO's bio pretty much sums up this site

"Kris is a nutrition researcher with a Bachelor's degree in medicine. He has spent years reading books, blogs and scientific studies on nutrition.

Evidence-based nutrition is his passion and he plans to devote his career to informing people about it. He stays fit by lifting weights, taking walks and eating real food."

Sounds like a lot of generalizations. With meat eating I would think that one's source of meat and how it is cooked come into play.

Isn't meat and dairy in the US much higher in the amount of drugs, whereas organic meat obviously shouldn't have any, or very little? Is that ever differentiated in all these studies that show how evil meat is? What about people who eat blue rare and those who maybe like a lot of charring? Certainly how it's cooked could make a difference.

I know a guy who went onto the Paleo diet and claimed that humans weren't meant to eat grains.

Humans are meant to eat meat, grains, and veggies; we've been doing it for thousands of years. So just eat up.

Militant bike advocate, vocal wannabe vegan. Moonracer, the guy at a party everyone avoids eye contact with for fear of the conversation it might initiate.

If I could muster up the will power, I'd be a Vegan. The problem is, beer and wings

What freaks me out, is bovine milk consumption. Feeding a human baby cow teat secretions? WTF?

    From what exactly?

I've stated many things on politics, civil rights, our education system, etc. So debate all of that, and while you're at it, explain how Kaufman is a relevant argument to this particular discussion.

    BTW-

This debate of herbivore/carnivore is ludicrous.

When you're wrapping yourself in animal skins and starving to death, then the neighbour is on the table.
