    Default McLean trails lately?

Has anyone been out there? Might head out today and I'm wondering how muddy they are?

Was at Waiparous yesterday, mostly snow and ice and you'd really have to search for mud. Studded tires recommended for some areas.

i was talking to the guys at modern motors the other day and there are apparently some new rules for wheeling in McLean this year with regards to vehicle size and width. I havent seen them in writing but they seemed pretty sure of it when I spoke with them.

There were a bunch of ppl quadding yesterday at McLean, but definitely closed for vehicles. We also went to waiparous instead and were able to do the trail with stock jeeps (one with winters, one with all seasons) and a 2014 4Runner with winters

Studs pay off big time on the packed snow and ice in waiparous, I was doing hills in 4lo 1st that others had to go 60kph up.

I'm worried its slushy now and my winters wont do well, I might be buying my summer set sooner than planned.

Stuck between KO2's Toyo AT2's and Duratracs for an all terrain. I don't want crazy M/T tire noise, the studs on bare pavement is enough lol.

I think we gave you guys a point in the right direction. We had the two big 4runners that can't stay straight on the highway....

I saw a 3rd gen 4Runner from the group we tagged along with on Saturday heading back on a flat deck on the 1A on Sunday with massive passenger side damage. I wonder what happened?
