With the most recent nice weather and decent weather coming up in the next couple of weeks, has anyone contemplated bringing out their summer rides?
My only concern would be all the loose gravel on the sides of the road.

Way too early
Too early for sure. My summer ride is kept off the roads specifically because of gravel, not just snow. Wait until April when all the streets are swept. I've already seen a few sweepers out so you may be in luck!
...
Considering I drove my summer ride through the winter every now and then, I don't have issues. lol
Been driving my aventador almost daily last 2 weeks .
Long as the car if fully wrapped in 3m or expel shield who cares
sort of on topic anyone take off their winters yet? I have 2 cars both winters 1 studded and I haven't drove it for the last month and a bit should I just say fuck it and throw the all seasons back on?

Nonsense. You've all got slanty eyes, play Starcraft, speak Chinese and eat nothing but sushi and ginger beef.
DON'T TRY AND CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE
Saw a Bentley, Rolls Royce, and a few Porsche's out over the weekend.. Must be okay if the ballers are doing it.Originally posted by NewLextasy

I rode my bicycle a week ago
I was thinking about it but I feel bad about calling MaskedBandit and asking if he can re-insure my car as I cancelled coverage halfway through December
Been thinking about getting the summer tires on the Datsun, but the only thing stopping me is I'm waiting for another part to come in and just want to do everything together. Weather is definitely nice enough for it!
My car is in pieces in a friends garage
I know a bunch of people who have switched tires on their daily already. Way to early for that!
Usually I wait until gravel goes away. Lethbridge did shit all for street cleaning last spring though... well they actually didn't street clean really at all.
I'll probably be lightly driving my car when my tires show up.
1994 Mustang - SBF swap in progress
The only reason I haven't put my summers back on is because I know it'll snow 48 hours later.
I already saw the street cleaners out last week, maybe it was just a one-off
So glad I went with the performance winters this year. My gf's hakka 8's are all but destroyed already lol.
Been driving the RC-F quite a bit too, and the temps are still too low for PSS's. Lots of oversteer, lots of fun. Really have to take it easy on the throttle, even on clean roads there's some wicked snap oversteer if I floor it.

I drove the S15 to WOW this weekend, going in for a re tune and meth...as soon as I get it back I'll be driving it around as long as the roads stay dry.
I am just waiting for the time change with warmer / longer evenings before I take them out.

Is this due to the soft tire compound and dry roads?Originally posted by rage2

I'll be keeping my winter tires on until April just in case we get a big spring dump.
I have the same amazing tires (studded) on my daily and I refuse to cause unnecessary wear on a $1400 set of tires haha. Work truck for the win!Originally posted by rage2
