Talking Beyond weekly show and shine

Fix Auto Calgary South Central would like to host weekly show and shines at our shop! looking to see how many people would be interested and also what night would work best for the majority of the community. Were located just off blackfoot trail, on 50th ave and 5th street. Theres a timmies/wendys just down the street as well. Got a custom built golf cart to play some tunes, lots of space and we are away from the public. Who would be interested?

Would be very cool and much appreciated...

BUT, not wanting to be the Debbie Downer here...keeping the riff raff at bay would be difficult...it's how we lost Chinook, and other venues that people would act a fool at....

You will attract hooligans, so not sure how you can enforce it.

Maybe invite CPS weekly too? I'm sure if you ask, they'll oblige ahead of time vs. Getting a complaint

    Good idea though.

That's pretty nice of you to volunteer your shop to be the new meeting spot, I'd drop in every once in a while.

What day or days would you be hosting these?

not sure on what day just yet. trying to see whats best for everyone. as for hooligans, yeah that might be a bit tough for sure. Our location sure helps with being away from the public. inviting cps might not be a bad idea either

Weekly might be too much. Maybe a Sunday cars and coffee sorta thing?

Probably not a good idea having cops there though. Start ticketing everyone else for mods.

Hmmm... I'll disagree. They won't ticket you if you're not a dick. They've stopped by Chinook to check things out and they only ticket dbags who WOT down that stretch.

Fact: Cops aren't out to get you.
