Last Summer I was getting between $8 and $9
Check out Garage Granite, they were around $6-7 in 2022.

Elite Coatings did my last garage 4 years ago or so for $4/sq ft, and they did an amazing job. Sounds like $6+ is the new norm.

That's amazing. You stole from them. I believe $6 was the going rate 4 years ago as well.

The New Age stuff is definitely up in price... but the biggest jump was those lower rolling cabinet things (which IMO I didn't want as I already have a rolling tool box).

Get this package, by far their best bang for the buck.

Posted this a few pages back.... looks like pricing is up ~$500 from when I ordered last spring. I'd still take that over the Canadian Tire cabinets personally.

I also only used one counter top, sold the spare for a couple hundred in like 2 days on facebook marketplace. Also if you dont need that many upper I'm sure they'd be easy to offload for a few bucks too.

I will. I need to prep the rack/shelf a bit by extending it. It's 30" deep, while the snowmobile ski's are 34" wide.

Btw, this is my friend's hoist setup. Even cooler.

    Or, NewAge Bold?

    Attachment 111211

    Thanks in advance.
I have this exact configuration minus the rolling tool drawers (mine are fixed) if you have any questions or want pics.
Keep in mind the 2 door cabinets cost less than the tool drawers if you don't need them.

I got extremely lucky and found 2 sets of the 3-peice and they also had the bamboo top from Kijiji. Sold through Kore Logistics which does Costco deliveries so it was probably their surplus to clear out. Just found the receipt end of 2018, $900 delivered.

Starting to plan for Spring. I want to do garage drains and polyaspartic coating.

For drains, is Concrete Innovations my only option?

For coating, these are the current recommendations from thread search:
    Next Level
    Elite Coatings
    Zone Garage
    Garage Granite

How would you rank these or are there others I missed?

    ^sorry, can't help you there.

I did get my ceiling hoist tested with my snowmobile, as intended. Works great.

Cool. I just bought a crawler for my beam in the garage and I have the same setup. I'll use it a lot in the next few months pulling engine and body off this suzuki samurai.

Some very wealthy friends of mine have used Elite Coatings for their shop and 4 houses now and have nothing but good things to say about the quality. It sounds like the going rate for the average joe is ~$7/sqft of floor and $12/sqft of wall. Prep and everything included plus 10 years of warranty.

Myself and multiple friends have had no issue with Zone Garage.
