Right now the deals are the ATS as everyone is mentioning.
2015 Q50 RWD (not sure what's left for stock) they have a $5000 lease incentive, but poor rate. If paying cash it can be had in the low $30,000 range

And there is always the GTI. With your Golf you may qualify for lease loyalty break?

Im on board, but while we are totally ignoring OP's request lets get him into a real M3 Beater and just get the gt350r

I would think an FR-S or the Ford Focus / Festiva would be fun and a cheap payment.

No deals on Fiesta ST. It leases out poorly right now, over $400.

This was intriguing, so I looked around a bit. No RWD to be had anywhere because the demand is too low... was actually told that the last RWD that Hyatt brought in was a 2014 and it sat around for a year.

Never even occurred to me that TLX would be synonymous with "fun".

Ford Fusion fits your budget haha

Don't think the TLX even with the deals right now are close to $400/month, unless you get the base model. Tech/Elite models are probably over $500/month.

Any of these cars have the comfort mode access like on the BMW's

Basically you start your car, have it running and then leave it and lock it via fob. Locking it via key is okay too....lol just makes it handy for running errands i.e. deliveries

my sonota turbo has push to start, so do the elantra if you get a limited. but most cars wont let you lock by remote if you leave it running, most you will need to use the key to lock after the doors are all closed.
