    Default Chilliwack = Ghetto?

Seems to be over the course of a year from one house and its surroundings, I have never had the need to stop there for any reason but it seems like an unruly shithole from burnouts, robberies to domestic disputes, cop chases, accidents, pedestrian hit and runs etc

I have a ton of family in Chilliwack. I've never actually witnessed anything like this while visiting! I do know there is a pretty significant amount of drugs there though.

Now North Surrey.... That's a different story...

    Edit:

Watching that video, it looks like that house was either a well known drug house or the owners had a lot of enemies, due to the police presence, bear mace, and machete wielding occupants.

Although, there are some awful drivers in Chilliwack, especially when there are adverse road conditions Not many know how to drive in/on snow and ice.

I was going to say... Slurrey is ghetto. Crackheads and gangs run that area. (well gangs run surrey, abbotsford, coquitlam and burnaby) Its too bad because its beautiful area around there.

Chilliwack is a strange place of old conservatives and unsophisticated people. Crime is pretty bad there.

it's called the "Wack" for a reason. Toss up between: Surrey, Prince George & Nanaimo for most ghetto events per city in BC imo.

lol i have been everywhere in BC. Same shit different pile, no matter what zip code you are in. A few blocks here and there manage to clean themselves up but there is too much leakage from nearby to scrub the filth completely clean.

Overall, I love BC. But call a spade a spade and take it for what it is. You get that shit everywhere.

The best thing was driving my cousin ( from Druncan ) to my place from the airport this weekend and trying to explain to her that not everyone she saw in a late model nice car was a drug dealer.

I told her that they were more likely O&G receptionists

She didn't even believe me , BC is a different world to Alberta.

Its a bizarre world (Nanaimo-Druncan) of unsophisticated white people there too. They loathe anything that takes effort and then get angry at the "rich folk" who stole from the poor. 26 years - never again would I live there on a year-round basis.

It is really backwards hill billy screw your sister on sunday in a lot of ways. I'm glad that my mom moved to Victoria. I was born in Nanaimo and you don't really realize what a shitty environment it is until you leave. I mean, it's a nice city. But there are a lot of super trashy sketchy people.
