lol, he was one of my best friends growing up and he made some terrible life choices when he bought that probe. Took out a massive line of credit to build that thing and like any project, the budget spiraled out of control and he couldnt afford to finish the car. Couldnt afford the loan payments as well and got himself in a lot of financial trouble and he moved away.. miss that kid sometimes as his rants were epic when people called him out.. some valuable lessons there about making claims before actually building anything...

Ask Leo was never moderated actively. It was only moderated when someone complained, and there was just reason (ie legality, such as JB thread). Hollywood had nothing to do with it.

The 300zx supercar thread was like an epic train wreck that just kept wrecking and wrecking, and just when you thought it was stopped, it picked up speed and crashed some more.

His posts outside of that thread were unbelievably garbage though, he should have been moderated to just his 300zx project.
