Wow I remember that car too, I think I even met the guy at a house party in the area at one point. Man that brings back memories, hanging out at the sev late at night. There was also a few memorable cars in that neighbourhood I remember always seeing around that time, there was a dark red 80s Pontiac or something with lowrider rims and an extremely loud sound system, you'd think it was something out of South Central but the driver was the scrawniest white guy ever

I've never come to Beyond for automotive information, even as far back as 2005. The auto-shows and new car info that Rage and co provide now is swell, but overall, most people on here know sweet-f-all about cars besides the specs the salesman and brochure feeds them

There isn't anything wrong about that, but it is not what Beyond is about. Beyond is a car-centric community with a diverse appeal on many subjects, and personally Beyond CNN is where it is at for me. And the Beyond Baller status holds true, this site is hardly indicative of most people's involvement with cars.

If I need to discuss actual automotive topics, I'll go to a forum like Grassroots Motorsports.

Pft, that wasn't a personal attack on WSC. That was calling out someone for making a flippant "smarter than thou" comment when they were actually being a moron. My tolerance of WSC ebbs and flows, but usually I stay off that site because of the amount of dumbness and clique induced stupidity that goes on there.

Of course, you're viewing of someone being a flippant ass and then getting a flippant response back about their dumb-ness is a prime example.
