I have a D dealer plate from like 2 years ago. I think they still issue them but it depends on what kind of “dealer”.

We ran out of the ones beginning with the letter D. Any time you see a plate with a letter followed by all numbers, is a dealer plate.

It was all gov't run and was quite the scene. Fun fact, bro can still use that on a 1973 vehicle as long as we add an antique plate to it.
