    Default Resin wicker patio furniture

Looks to be the "in" thing right now
Does anyone have this? Is there a big difference between the stuff from the Brick and say Costco? Looking to get a sectional and prices seem to range from 1200 to 5000

I bought this...Kind of took a chance on it as its priced pretty low compared to whats out there and reviews are meh. Anything comparable in size and looks was upwards of $2500-3k local.

I was looking for something huge and not insane expensive. You have to assemble it yourself but its not so bad. Some of the pieces had a couple marks on them. They sent replacements ASAP. The cushions are cheap but pretty comfy. They will last a few years Im sure.

The pieces dont hook together so I just zip tied each piece together. Works perfect. The cushions slid around. So I glued velcro to all of them and now they stay put.

Bought a really good cover for it as I knew it wouldnt last long without one and keep it covered when not in use. Takes less than 60 seconds to put on or take off.

Had it for 2 months and it's great.

If you want a good quality wicker set I wouldn't be buying from Costco or the brick. A nice sectional with sunbrella fabric will start at $3000-4000 very easily. This is Especially true if you want a frame that won't rust your patio and will last you for longer then one season.

You could look at stuff by Erwin & sons. Another interesting sectional I liked was built by gather craft although I don't think they used sunbrella fabric.

If all your doing is deciding between the brick and Costco I think that's a super easy choice.

Patioline has a lot of stock in your price range. They're worth a look before going to Costco/etc.

They're on centre, by Chinook Centre.

Costco seems like a good choice TBH. Their prices are very competitive, aluminum frame and sunbrella fabric

Their return policy is top notch as well. Just looking for opinions before I bite the bullet and drop 2k

thanks for the suggestion A790, will check out for sure

If your okay with Chinese made product Costco is definitely the way to go, especially if price is most important.... Personally I'd stay away from patio furniture made in China.

You can immediately tell the quality difference of Costco patio furniture vs stuff that's good quality.

with any of these sets, do you have to put the cushions away all the time, if it rains for example? I am going to be in the market as soon as my deck is redone here

If its a good quality the foam will be water resistant and will dry in 10-15 minutes after a rain storm(even if the cushions are 8-10 inches).

You need a place to store the cushions in winter though as the cold freeze and thaw will damage the foam for outdoor patio furniture.

Checked out costco and saw that blue set for $999.
I loved it but GF wanted to see a cornet seating piece instead of a end table
That was pretty bang on what I was looking for price, color and all. If only it seated 5.....

We put our set indoor during the winter. And I am a bit anal so when rain is in the forecast I put the cushions inside.

The end table is the brilliant part all the cushions fit in and you just zip them closed so they are water proof.

Should just buy her a chair so it seats 5 and call it a day lol

I'm even more anal. Bought a waterproof cover that I leave on most of the time when not in use.

    *Update
Instead of getting the set I loved at Costco, ended up getting a nice set on clearance at home depot. Surprised they are doing clearance sales this early, lots of good deals on stuff
