Looks like that wing will only be available on the Turbo. The 4S in the video had a 'regular' extending wing.

It's weird they're debuting a new turbo engine for this car. The 2.9L. Makes 440hp

Economies of scale would logically say use the 911 3L turbo.

It's not just the ass that was the problem.

There is also a weird transition from the hood to the windshield/a-pillr. It flattens out in a weird way just before.

There are some harsh restrictions on engine sizes in Europe. There's a big difference between 2.9L and 3.0L apparently. Instead of 5.0 V8's you'll see 4.9L versions instead.

Doubt the 911 flat 6's would work without a lot of engineering work. The Panamera and Cayenne share V6 and V8's, so guessing the Cayenne would share this new engine.

Displacement tax is all over the place depending on country, but generally, it goes up every 100cc and also dependent on what emissions level the vehicle is certified for. There is no restriction at all, just that the cars become unappealing when you have to pay $4k in taxes a year to keep it on the road because the engine displacement is too big under a certain emissions standard.
