Also caught a bit of the evolved guys already so far, like Grabull, Furret, Ledian, Crobat, Skip loo, jumpluff..


I have no idea how rare any of those are lol. I have zero knowledge in Gen 2 Pokemon

I don't know very much about the Gen2s either except that Cyndaquil, Totodile and Chikorita are the starters but we can't even hatch them from eggs.

Larvitar is supposed to be the Gen 2 Dratini, making Tyranitar the new Dragonite, very rare so catch as many as you can, walk your guy, evolve.

I finally got enough candies to evolve a Dragonite(300+kms of walking) and may have made a huge mistake. Evolved it about 3 weeks ago, right before Gen2 was announced. Who knew that he'd get new moves and the old ones would be crap

Gym stagnation getting crazy now, local gym has 8 dragonites.

By the time spring hits, I can imagine I will see a singular gym filled with all 10 dragonites before any Tyranitars.

They are probably going to change the Gyms soon, its not really all that interesting to fight or train against just a wall of dragonites.

Yup... passing by some gyms they are ridiculously powerful. One on 14st around 20th ave north has a level 38 guy with a 3000+ CP Blissey.

A few level 10 gyms around don't have anyone under 2900cp

Decided to start walking my Chansey. Also: Finally got kicked out of the two neighborhood gyms by my own team, 9 dragonites and a bottom Blissey after holding them for pretty much the entire winter.

Can't quite keep up, need 3,000 CP and have a ton of evolutions waiting for a double XP event.

Hatched a Togepi yesterday and One Raz, One Ultra balled a ginormous Togetic today.

The gyms in inner city turn over so quickly. I had my pokemon in a lvl 10 gym by Eau Claire, which was filled with Snorlax, Dragonite, and Blissey, with the weakest one ~2500cp. It didn't last half a day.

Well, my 8 month old LG Gpad III FHD just hit the 80% battery won't charge any higher thingy after heavy usage with Pokémon go pretty much exclusively.

I don't think it hit 500 cycles yet, but I'll live with the reduced battery pack until the last days of the one year warranty to hopefully get a free fresh one.
