Was out last night in Prince's Island - I expected it would be much quieter but it actually wasn't. I was there around 7pm - 8:30pm and it was as busy as it was 3 weeks ago.. or maybe just a tiny bit less. Like you had to slowly cross the bridges, and sometimes be off the path, because of how busy it was.


Then it started raining harder so we headed back to the car. Got in the car and the pokevision showed dragonite about 5 mins drive up on Center Street after the bridge a few blocks into the community. So we drove there, me and a silver Supra were the only 2 cars there we parked nicely on the side of the street.

Suddenly.. 20+ cars whipping in, honking horns, people screaming. Holy f*ckkk.

Caught it and immediately GTFO'd before people in the houses / community got angered..

I was able to finally evolve one on my own with perfect IV levels with Dragon Breath and Dragon Pulse.

Not sure why I'm still into this game, but I still find it fun and it gets me out of the house. It'll be a different story when it snows in a month.

Got the to the two Lapras spawns today in DT. One in 6th and 6th 2300+ but got away. Managed to grab the one on 5th ave this afternoon, 1000 CP. Got the Dragonite this morning as well along 4th and 2nd street. 1900 CP but crap stats.

By the way, when trading goes live, anybody looking to trade for anything in particular? I have everything 'cept Chansey, Charizard, Venusaur, and the regional ones. Not sure if I have anything worthwhile trading though.

I have a couple Chansey I can trade you. If you have any one of the following at 80% or higher IV levels, I'll take it if you want to let it go:

- Victreebel with Acid/Petal Blizzard or Solar Beam
- Nidoqueen/Nidoking with Poison Jab (I've evolved 3 of each and got Bite ever time )
- High CP Eggsecute
- Slowbro with Water Gun
- Gyarados with Hydropump

Strathmore has chancey .... Bankview is a charmander nest sorta (spawns :50 after the hour some hours) and there is a bulbasaur nest somewhere near the mckenzie towne golf course i think.

Caught my first attempt at Dragonite downtown. No cheats, but I did follow the running crowd :P


Note: Catching Dragonite on a tablet is hard. You must swipe up stupidly fast to get enough distance to catch her. Much easier on a smaller screen. Would have used that autolauncher like thingy, but that kind of seems to be cheating to me too.

I had this problem a couple of times with a Golbat but if you turn augmented reality back on, you can tilt your tablet upwards to move the monster towards the bottom of the screen and then you don't have to throw as far.

I believe its around 23rd Ave between 15th/16th St. SW. I can confirm it is a spawn and the time intervals are about correct. 45-55 min during the day. Nor sure if they spawn at night though.

fastpokemap.se still pretty good to me, although it doesn't show everything.

I use fast poke and goradar for iOS. Goradar shows much less, but it shows IV(Str, Def, Sta) and makes my decision easier to run or not.
