All these people swarmed Olympic plaza for that Dragonite.

My top guys so far. I still have a long ways to go.
Most of them have good IV stats, with the exception of Victreebel (caught wild at 42%) and Nidoqueen (48%).
Need a new Snorlax. Currently working on evolving an Eggsecute and a 100% IV Dragonair.

Level 25.
CP and IV scores makes it look super legit, but some of the movesets are garbage or sub-par. Makes me want to start fresh with a few of them. Unfortunately you don't know what you're gonna get until it's evolved. Hopefully later down the road there will be a learning system for specific moves like the Gameboy version (except for the price of dust or candy).

Gyarados: Bite/Twister (what a fucking waste of 400 candy)
Blastoise: Bite/Flash Cannon (no STAB for water type)
Vileplum: Acid/Moonblast (no STAB for grass type, not competitive against Vaporeon)

Same type attack bonus- if you have the same type, aka water for both attacks, you get an added attack bonus.

i take the bus from beddington down centre street to downtown and i'd say 70% of the pokemon i see on the way are drowzees. Thought it was just centre street but i guess it's Canada in general?

Uninstalled the game today. It doesn't really feel like a complete game. Battling the gym is kind of a joke. There is no pokemon trading. No quests/adventures/plot. Idk. Nothing to keep me hooked.

Now that i have all the local pokemon its just become grinding to beat the gym again. Meh.

Anyone else feel the same?

Make sense. 5 days in Vegas and didn't see a single Drowzee or Magikarp, especially since the hotel was lit up with lures (10+) pretty much 24 / 7.

I just evolved and fully powered up my Gyarados with 50+ candies to spare; all from catching wild Magikarps around Eau Claire.

Figured out a track circuit for my neighborhood.

in 14 minutes of light walking I can hit up 12 pokespawns and the same pokestop twice... #3 transit will get you as many pokestops as you could ever want.

Not too shabby, will continue to play.

Agreed.

Just another mobile game that forces you to do repetitive tasks for minimal (i.e. zero) reward.

I honestly can't wait for winter and hope that the game is dead by spring. Getting pretty tired with all of the parks around me being filled with people staring at their phones tethered to powerbanks.

Seriously, the game isn't going anywhere... I'm in the zone, have to go to the supermailbox a couple hundred times a year now anyways so I figure I'm making the trip out anyhow.

Although when it gets colder it will definitely slow the number of users.

I suspect it'll become quieter during winter for sure, will be interesting to see how Niantic tries to keep it alive during the off season.

I know they are introducing new incenses and other tools. Trading is coming as well as Gen 2. I suspect they have a few tricks up their sleeves.
