NDP climate leadership plan

I'm being bombarded with their ads any time I watch youtube and the common theme seems to be cleaner air to reduce health costs.

Is there an issue with air quality anywhere in Alberta. Every time I check the air quality index Calgary is pegged at the lowest level (higher the worse the quality).

I can't find any historic charts. Is there any real issue with air quality at all?

They're trying to imply that less CO2 means cleaner air, so your air quality index, which like any sane human being doesn't count CO2 as bad for air quality, wouldn't show any trends that points towards their claims. It's retarded lol.

Our tax dollars are paying for those ads too.

This really gets my goat. Every time I see those ads, I can't get over the fact that I'm paying for these ads, that are basically selling something I don't want, but have no choice but to pay for. It's outrageous.

A little off topic but, Canada produces virtually no global co2 (don't even get me started on that BS per capita argument), and we have vast amounts of forests. So why isn't the vegetation / tree co2 absorption rate taken into account in those co2 stats?
