Was at egames in chinook yesterday, talked to a sales person there and he did the next order to arrive is not until January 2017. Has anyone else heard this? Can't find anything online about the shortage or delay, but the accuracy of his intel is questionable......

Walmart online stock tool says they are in stock all over. Is this wrong?

Where? I checked the site and it's still showing out of stock most places

I see it too towards the bottom. But you can't reserve in store, so I'm thinking it's an error??

I understand the nostalgia but most people that buy these won't be playing them after a few months once the novelty wears off.

100% agreed.

I can see a bunch of them being opened at Christmas and played no longer than new years day. I get the hype. But that's all it is. Hype.

That said. For $80 you can barely take a family of 4 out for a movie that lasts 2 hours.
