Nothing beats BA I took from London to Rome. Tray was broken and seat back was exposed and you can see inside of seat with some wooden trims.

Southwest is worse. For international, Philippine Airlines has old fleets. Tube TV ftw.

Also, love that YouTube video hahaha so true

Emergency row seats for sure recline... Unless there is a second emergency row behind them... At least on west jet, as these are the seats I pick when I fly I have first hand experience reclining them

Although westjet are now taking their seat back tvs out since everyone travels with their "legal" media on their phones now. They do have this westjet connect app with free media over wifi although seems to only be offered on the larger westjet planes.

I was on one of the newer Delta planes that had wifi and media streaming on board and it still looked like the seats and interior were from 20 years ago.

I think re certification probably cost more than replacing the tube.

Let's see, someone using a pre-installed button next to their finger to recline their seat which they paid for...vs. a prick buying banned devices to mess with someone else's seat.

On one hand, flying between Hawaiian islands on their planes made me saying my prayers the entire flight. On the other hand, it was interesting to see what flying in 1945 was like.

No recline, I'm 6'3", my knees already touch the seat in-front of me and it does get worse when other people do it.

That being said, I would still rather suffer through it that drop $80 or more per flight to get some more leg room. You get a sweet flight deal to USA or Europe and you pay nearly 20% in upgrades? No way.

Ask Sugarphreak. I think he still remembers when Enola Gay did the drop.

I don't find reclining increases leg room any, in fact with the way airplane seats are hinged they decrease leg room by pushing your butt forward. It only increases leg room if you have legs short enough that can extend straight underneath the front seats while you are declined.

If it's a short flight (less than 4 hours), I usually recline very slightly or not at all. If it's an extended flight I will switch it up just so my body can sit in different positions.

I think it would have been more interesting to fly in 1945. Back then people used to get dressed up in their nicest cloths they they flew, the planes were a lot more upscale inside, and you were treated like royalty by a crew of hot chicks. It was something a lot more special than just getting from point A to point B.

This is why you a bawz.

LOOK HOW MUCH THEY CAN RECLINE:

are you guys fucking serious with some of this shit?

So your telling me I gotta sit there for 3, 4, 5, 10 hours in an upright position because you wanna play fucking computer games? Go fuck right off.

First thing I do is recline my seat, gently... but I couldn't give two shits about your leg room, or your fucking computer resting on the tray properly behind me. Flights are already uncomfortable enough as it is. I'm not making my flight even more uncomfortable cause you wanna play on your computer. Go upgraded seats if you wanna do that shit in comfort. I'll continue to recline every time, all the time..
