Nope, gone a while ago.

It needs to be noted that some of the pieces already posted in this thread may have been claimed or gone to family. There is still a good chunk of stuff and I'd like to find homes for anything unclaimed as opposed to just donating it somewhere.

Update, all larger audio stuff at $5 a piece including old radios, old cassette recorders, $5 for anything that's there, CB radios - $5 for all, old cassette and * track in or under dash units - $5 for all - will throw in the 8 tracks hanging around, old portable TV's - $2 - Marantz receiver is currently in my possession, may sell depending on whether I want that or the Toshiba trio more. will throw in any audio cables kicking around for free.

So some bad news to start, the NAD model 60 was scooped by my 16 year old nephew - he didn't care about it initially but I said he should try it out and now it's at his place. He's just loving it.

Also, the Toshiba trio (SY-335 preamp, SC-335 amp & ST-335 tuner) and a pair of Hitachi HS-420 speakers are going to go home with me - had tunes on the setup today for about 5 hours while I was at my uncle's place doing more clean-up and yupp, just sounds too nice. The speakers are around 1973 vintage and the Toshiba trio dates to around 1978, just when I was grade 11.

So on to what should be available and please note that some beyond members have expressed interest in some of these items already as I have posted about them in the past in a separate thread specifically related to my uncle's place and belongings (link). Each piece will be sold for a very, very good price - you won't get these at a better price anywhere else. We're not looking to make gobs of money, only to see that these find a new home where they might be used and appreciated instead of a dumpster.

Also, all items do power up but I haven't hooked any up to see if sound comes out other than the Toshiba trio I'm going to keep.

So the courts have finally got around to looking at things and have moved forward with giving control of the estate to my Mom, almost 6 months of waiting. As such, I've been given the go ahead to start selling stuff and I will first contact beyond members in a chronological order as to when they expressed an interest in something. Stay tuned.

Those VIVID speakers I would be interested in. My father had a set years and years ago, they were his favorite until they somehow blew up. I would LOVE to get him a replacement set!

Also - I'm interested in any old keyboards. Computer keyboards, if you come across any.

Vivid boxes are a bit beat up but they do sound great, I'll put you on the list but note you may not be first in line. Computer keyboards, there are a few including one old mechanical beast.

Next Saturday could very well be the first day I'll be selling some of the stuff.

Couple more things, are the last set of pictures working or is it just me that can't see them? Also, as for the family and me - it's been quite the adventure so far, the holiday season seemed a bit surreal with him not being around but overall it's just great memories and many laughs now.
