Almost 6 months to clean it up and into our ninth month of renovations, we took this January off. We're all going to have a bit more spare time on our hands after this, hopefully my 82 year old parents find something else to keep themselves busy with because this has been a healthy side adventure for them but their place is like mine and my brothers in that all have suffered at the expense of dealing with my uncle's place. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Below is a typical before/after shot and we had already started some clean-up in the before picture...
Will fuck off, again.

That's fantastic work.
I've already used the punches and chisels that I got from you for a bunch of projects by now, so rest assured that it's going to good use.
Best of luck selling the place! It looks awesome.
Damn looks good! Good luck, speedster dogster
So the home is on the market, open house tomorrow 1-4PM at 8420 62 Avenue NW in the community of Silver Springs. Asking price of $595,000 - realtor doesn't have pictures up on MLS yet.
Will fuck off, again.
House sold in two days for just under 99% of asking price.
Will fuck off, again.
Gonna be a bit odd to not have to go over there to do stuff like I've been doing for the last 16 months but I have another uncle who just passed away whose wife said he was a bit of a hoarded as well. Problem is that that property is a four drive away - that'll weekend work in the spring, I wonder how much stuff one can collect on 30-40 acres.
Will fuck off, again.
Acquired a bit more mercury today to add to what I found at my uncle's place, have just over a kilogram of the stuff now.
Will fuck off, again.
Post some pics .... could be very interesting. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Haven't been out there, his wife is dealing with it on her own and doesn't want anyone's help yet. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Another little bump, got something from my uncle's place that I'm giving away.
Two 6.5" diameter 500W 110V infrared reflector lamps. One is unmounted and the other is mounted in some sort of metal housing. I can demonstrate the mounted one to anyone interested. The beam will burn your hand at 3 feet, at 4 feet it's tolerable. I'm quite sure if you pointed anywhere in the vicinity of the CPS helicopter, then you'd soon after have a few CPS officers visiting you.
I kept them from the dumpster for who knows what reason but now I'm just going to give them away. Not sure what their intended use would've been but they are damn bright and damn hot.
PM me if interested.
Will fuck off, again.
Bump, the Studebaker was sold for $3,500 on kijiji - the guy and his son spent a year fixing it up. They had to source a few bits and pieces out of Canada and the states but mostly just hard work and hours. I'm going to hook up for a ride this summer...
Impressed that he kept the original paint scheme.

Rad!
Question... WTF does one do with Mercury? I collect all kinds of weird shit and having a jar of that on my shelf would be a conversation piece haha!
