Default Why does my printer put coloured lines all over the pages?

Do I need to replace the cartridges or the printer? These are the original cartridges that came in it 2-3 years ago, except for the black, I replaced that and it didn't help.

could be dirty, check that's not had a toner leak somewhere. clean rag with a tiny bit of water will clean up any spills.

Go through the print head cleaning utility.

If that doesn't work, place the cartridges print head on a moistened paper towel for an hour.

If you don't print a lot on both cartridges, then print out a test page once week to keep the nozzles moist.

This is a laser printer, so no nozzles involved. Looking at the picture, can you verify it is only magenta/pink streaking on the page? If so, replace the magenta cartridge. If not, we can go from there.

I can try to help as much as I can, I'm a printer technician for AHS.

It's hard to see but you can faintly see yellow on the page as well. I'll try some of the mentioned fixes.

My mistake. Thanks for not skimming like me and pointing it out.

Curios though Civic, what are the AHS printers worth and what's the most common repair?
