It was the mic for sure. He should've took pointers from Tay.

Always move away from the mic to breathe in. Everyone knows that shit haha.

Trump has done a great job at catering to the average American even though he is far from being one.
This, I talk to a few Americans on some forms of social media fairly regularly. The average Trump voter or two I spoke to don't see it how we do up here at all. They are on a whole different emotional and logic process level down there for political issues it seems.

No matter how seemingly unorganized his plan and words are or how unprepared he seemed they casually ignore it and only focus on the fact that he is different, or focus on one single issue like maybe that they are sick of PPACA (Obamacare), that they don't want to potentially have to pay for a random person's post secondary education as the reason to support him over Hillary. They could care less about future issues, like the fact that they might have to see their military revisit another ground war in the middle east(not that they'd notice) or that he has zero experience or credibility within the confines of world diplomacy or politics.

The average American just has to pick the lesser of 2 evils this time around unfortunately. Both candidates are equally shitty in their own ways imo, as it is with most of the US presidential races. Just this time around one seems to have the potential of making the world a little more unstable than the other.

I didn't think one person really won the debate by a huge margin, just that one debater came prepared and the other didn't, at all.

I think Hillary is still pretty far ahead in the stats and betting sites. They both suck but I can't imagine a world where Trump is the most powerful man on earth

What's the criteria for determining a "winner"?

I was surprised Trump took the bait as often as he did. There's a nearly endless list of things he could have gone after Clinton for but he spent most of the time explaining his crazy. There's no need for that, we all know he's nuts we've come to expect it there's no point in him spending any time on that subject. Clinton did a great job in that regard.

Hillary's worst enemy in these debates is Hillary. She's so hard to watch. She looks like this uncomfortable robot programmed for deception and stuck in awkward grin mode. Sure if you listen to the content of the debate you probably feel Clinton won, but I'm willing to bet most people simply had it on in the background and if you go on the visuals Hillary will lose everytime. It's that reason I think we're seeing such a discrepancy in who people thought won. Analyze it to the limit? Winner Clinton. Don't look past the surface? Trump takes it.

whoever answers the actual questions and doesn't dodge questions? that's my biggest criteria personally. also answering with the most truthful answers and not lying is a big one.

trump definitely did poorly on both those so that's why i feel he lost the debate.

i will agree with you that hillary isn't the best speaker and sounds pretty robotic though... she loses if this was a charismatic/convincing/genuine speaker competition.

The US president isn't even close to being the most powerful man on earth. The most powerful is US corporate that would monetarily (and more), crush anyone who tries to introduce a bill that makes corporate lobbying illegal.

Corporate bribery is in direct opposition to a Democracy, but yet, the politicians love that Democracy word, and continue to promote the propaganda that the US is a Democracy.

And all the while some certain people are getting it. Yet, some have no idea of the wall street take over, and STILL swing the flag and shout, "USA, USA" while their house is burning.

the same polls that had Ron Paul winning the election in 2008 lol. Not hard to rally a bunch of idiots to vote in online polls. I'm sure 4chan, Infowars and Stormfront all came out in force for these "polls"

there is nothing new here. I don't know if you remember Ron Paul 2008 but it was the same deal. He was realistically polling like %3 in the primary and winning online polls for president.

Who the hell cares lol. Polls are all BS and is just fuel for entertainment. Nothing matters till election night.

In addition, she at least she has experience in government, as well as an advisor on hand at all times who did a fairly decent job during his own tenure.

Breitbart can report what they want, but the polls get into the head of your average American (or whatever)

I'm sure it's just a glitch. How could the scientific polls be so out of touch with your average American voter? Intellectuals run amok I tells ya.

Hillary spoke to intellectuals, which most of the US is not - At least not anymore.

Rap music, pizza and football games have replaced bread and circuses. "Build deh wall" to "keep out the mexican rapists" "keep out the muslims" may be exactly what resonates with the core US voter. "Screw Britain" has now become "Screw China".

Trump might be an idiot, greedy, business focused, self centered, racist against non americans (in some cases local non-whites), BUT all of this is can be beneficial to White Americans.

while hilary is a sneaky bitch.

I prefer trump cause hes an straight forward idiot. (as well bringing down USA is a win for the rest of the world lol)
