I’ve always wondered how badly an LS swap miata handles. I assume pretty badly in anything besides a straight line.

Probably still better than an ISF.

It cannot be too bad stock LS3 is about 400 lbs. The stock 1.8 in the Miata is about 320 lbs. It's not insignificant, but not as bad as you might think it would be.

Same friend says that its do-able for track use as it only adds 150 lbs and you should add another 100 lbs in bracing. Problem is the relatively flexy body, and getting enough rubber on the rears. Apparently a k-swap is a lot more fun.

My buddy races miatas and laughs at those rolls hoops all the time. They call them mouse traps, because they fold in half and trap you if you crash.
I think it's the ones without the down pipe at the back, which are the real bad ones.

As for the car, I approve, I would rock that Miata.
    I like neat cars.

Nice... On 9th in front of EAP? If so, likely a friend's car.
Yes! Definitely a clean example of an original SUV. Wood panels too!

When you can't pay the //M payments any longer and don't want to waste that $250 you spent on the custom plate.

Size: 144.9 KBMade me feel a little better I found someone who gets worse mileage than me. $2.22/L for radium 91 octane. Lovely….

The first time my pipe band played at the World's competition in Scotland circa 1986, I was introduced to the "bru". Loved it, still do, but it's pretty hard to find in my parts now, outside of mailorder.
