Looking for some decently priced v-necks that dont shrink too much in the wash. Does anyone even wear plain tees?

I find Topman's slim fit tees to be really comfy and look great too. I've heard good things about Zara, both of which aren't that expensive. ~$15?
I asked this exact question in the underwear thread, but specifically for undershirts. Curious to see the input.
Maybe a better question would be at what level of cotton/poly blend can you throw it in the dryer without worry? What have I become
Costco has them. 93% cotton 7% spandex and $12ish
I've had good experiences with Banana Republic and Old Navy tees. Might have to try the Costco ones next.
That depends if you have muscle or not, or if you're fat, as most of these brands fit a little different. For non-skinny fit, the costco ones are good value, so are Walmarts (solid colour vnecks, either $9 or $14). They hold up to washing. I hang dry my clothes.
I can eat more hot wings than you.
I would say 50/50. My husband has a bunch of tees that are this composition and I sometimes accidentally throw them in the dryer. He hasn't said anything about them shrinking. Lululemon are supposedly pre-shrunk. Still would hang them to dry regardless.Originally posted by Mitsu3000gt

+1 on Old Navy for plain tees....can't go wrong for $12, and have 5 or 6 still holding strong after a few yearsOriginally posted by relyt92

The Source in-house brand of plain tees (and plain hoodies as well), are awesome. Nice blend, very soft, preshrunk. I think around $20?

UNIQLO. THE BEST.
Except there's none in Canada. And they don't ship to Canada. And the US sizing is different from their Asian sizing.
Unless you're 5'6 you don't wanna buy the Asian stuff anyways. I'm US L and XXL in Asia but the Asian stuff though it fits barely covers my belly button; I guess if you're into that style...
I do CK or GAP. Those are the only ones that I find don't end up pilling after a few washes. Have tried UNIQLO, Pull & Bear, Simons, etc.
I have a lot of CK V's.. they seem to have changed a bit over the past couple years, thinner, shrink when washed.. been a while since I bought some though now because of that...
try footlocker brand
10 bucks and they feel and fit nice
I like the Adidas Clima cool plain tees.
Very durable for the price and they do not stretch out like all of my lulu shirts which cost 3 times the price.
I pick them up from the Adidas outlet for usually around 15 each.
+1 for old navy, I have several CK and random other brands but like the fit and durability of the old navy ones is best. They always go in the dryer and keep their fit great.
H&M Cotton and I think they even have Organic Cotton for like 10 bucks ish. Dont shrink and I use sanitize (95 degrees) on a euro washer.
The H&M shirts I have I find are also too short. Maybe I just have a stupidly disproportionate body? 5'11 with 31" inseam makes my torso oddly long.Originally posted by JustinMCS

they have the long ones too so you can be extra trendy or tuck it in and then never have to worry about underwear or ass showing lolOriginally posted by jwslam

I have always liked the Zara ones
