    Default Most comfortable sweatpants

I've never really been a sweat pant kinda guy but after I spotted some ridiculously soft pants at MEC (unfortunately no correct size) the urge hit.

Lulus seem like a good place to start I'm sure. Anything else you guys particularly like? Something loose and good to chill at home.

full cotton unless you enjoy ball and ass sweat. Zipper pockets and you can wear them full time with your wallet, phone and keys :P. I just got a pair from winners that are cargo, have zip pockets and can be worn commando lol. Sweat pants? Why not indeed! :p

Free hemming helps with the size.
I've found that newer stuff has lower quality materials though, so I haven't bought in a while.

I'm a big preacher of any of their pants made from their material called "Luon".

I like Nike if you can find some that aren't tapered.

The Lululemon Kung Fu pants from a few years ago were awesome.

I don't like their 2.0 version as much.

I dislike tapered sweats. Since that's "in" right now, it's tough finding normal sweats.

Costco has Mens Avia athlethic pants. The material is slimmer than sweat pants, but still kinda heavy. Stretchy, loose and comfy. I think they have them right now actually. I've had mine for a year or two and love them. They're my go to home office or winter lounging pants. Best part...$20. If they're there, grab a couple.

Sweet thanks guys, lots of recommendations. Didn't know Lulu did hemming. Have you guys noticed any piling or fading? Seems to be the latest complaints from what I can tell - just isn't the same as it once was.

Of the brands mentioned, are there specific models that worked? I'm not into tapered either, definitely not my style. The Bay/Sportcheck often have big sales too which helps cuz justifying $75+ for sweatpants is pretty tough to do mentally lol.

I bought some at Old Navy that I quite like.

I don't know if they're the most comfortable but they fit the bill: draw string, not tapered, and cost like $13 a pair. They're comfy enough to lay around the house or quickly pull on to make a run to the store. I liked them so much I went back and bought a couple more cause it's such a bitch finding a pair I like that aren't tapered and/or cost more than $50. No thanks.

^ yes the cotton stuff pills. The Kung Fu 1's haven't pilled on my but the 2's are starting to pill though. Horrible pilling on my Formula's which I think have actually worn through

I use black treatment detergent, I have shirts from 5 years ago that are still black. use that stuff to keep from fading.
