In my opinion, the biggest upgrade you will feel will be to iOS 16. Its pretty good and visually much better. That alone will make your 13 Pro Max feel like a new phone.

I did that this afternoon. Haven't had too much time to play with it yet, but Lock Screen widgets and all that seem pretty cool. May watch a YouTube video on the new features later to see what's up.

Lint fucks up Carplay on Lightning.

How much damn lint you have? Never had any issues with my CarPlay and lighting port.

Lint removal is easy on lightning. Lint removal is not on usb c. That middle wafer is very easily damaged. I’ve always suspected a secondary reason for not switching is for lint. Basically only pocket sized devices that’s susceptible to lint uses lightning.

The only thing more idiotic than the usb-c connector is the micro-usb connector.

Speaking of USB-C, I’m now at the point where my iPad Pro 11’s battery level is depleting while under use, & plugged into the bigger charging block.
