Stubhub has 100 level seats at 450US, floor seats at 700US. For a preseason game.

Cheaper to just fly down to SFO and watch a warriors game from box seats that our company has access to.

I got allocated 2 PL tickets, but literally the worst seats in the house. I tried to up it to 4 rather than 2 seats and nothing was available. Crazy.

Holy fuck I hate ticketmaster, not getting a single available ticket unless you only search for singles. Everything on stubhub is 2-5x the price already -_-

Even with the pre-sale code, there were no tickets in the center section in the 100's. Everything was off to the side, even single tickets. In the 200s, nothing in the center, just some off center tickets in the upper rows.

I have a feeling all the good tickets were long gone even before the Flames season ticket presale code.

So is this just the typical ticket scalping or did that many people actually want to go to the game you think?

I'm still betting I'll have my pick of seats cheap on stub hub in 2 weeks when the scalpers have a ton of non moving product on their hands.

Calgary doesn't have much demand for NBA imo, same reason we don't have a team. Even if this is a novel one off.

And if I'm wrong, well I don't even bother going to nba games when I'm in cities that have teams

I think it's a lot of real people. Of the dozen or so people I've talked to about it, every one has been super excited to go.
