Yeah most of the V6 ones died of drivetrain failure by this point. The V8s are more robust, fortunately. I've only got ~165k on mine and it's held up well. I think about replacing it once in a while, but there's not a lot of fun wagons on the market that aren't German and hideously expensive to maintain. I can fix a Dodge.

There was another guy who used to post here with an orange mustang and an old 240 who pointed me to them. I can't say that it really meets the criteria (non-german + fun & inexpensive maint.), but all things considered it's been treating me pretty well. Still look back at it every time I park, so that's a plus.

Waterton Reservoir, we were camping in the area.

(Note that you can't kayak in Waterton NP right now, but the reservoir is outside the park so it's OK. Lots of folks paddling and tubing out there)
