Realistically, I'm not in the market but like the hot hatches. Being cramped wouldn't work out for me, I didn't find the golf bad but I just drove it for the fun factor anyways.

Yeah I think it's partially cause the recaros are fucking huge. The seats are supportive, but overall that interior never really did the trick for me.

I don't drive it as much as I would like to, but that's because I'm busy with other activities. I absolutely adore this car though (and this Nitrious Blue color), but it's probably not the best daily if you are going to compare it to a Golf R. I also like how it's a bit less common than a Golf R. You see 10 of those before you see a FoRS.

Fast, fun, throw it around corners with no issue (comes factory with Sport Cup 2s). Turning radius is very wide so if you need to get out of tight parking lots, it's funny and you laugh when you're in the situation. Suspension is stiff relatively speaking but it has never bothered me, and I've driven over 12 hours a day on road trips in this thing. I do plan to keep it for a long time. Considering it has only been in production for 3 years, I think it will be a neat little toy in the future when everyone is driving EVs
