We posting cars that won’t be finished for summer??
That Camaro gives me a boner no sex pill ever could.
Stoooooop. Mine will be ready! (no one to blame but myself otherwise haha)This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Why won't yours be ready? What did you change this year?
Fuck I dont miss projects cars ....
haha haven't changed anything... just in a smaller garage, wife's pregnant so she's been parking in it for winter... gotta wait for some nice weather so i can banish her to the driveway and get the interior doneThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I'm using my 6 month old as an excuse as why I'm not further along. I was thinking I'd be out in the garage most evenings after she's gone to bed...
Reality is that most evenings I don't have the motivation to do anything with the car
Regardless, car will be ready for this summer. As Sentry mentioned, I'm not going to be on of those guys that leave the car untouched for years.
These are all the reasons that I drive the vehicles that I have. A project and some wrenching in the garage is great in theory, but the reality is far from it for most of us.
The odd bit of maintenance, tire swaps and hand washing the fleet in my New Balance shoes, keeps me busy enough.

Couldnt agree more, I changed the ride height sensor in my W220 and felt like i just did an engine swap. That was enough work for me.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
i honestly agree at this point. after kid 1, my garage time dropped by about 95% haha.. i've enjoyed building this car but time is hard to come by now. That's why i bought the S14, so i wouldn't be depressed about not having a fun car to drive.. and that's why i talk about selling the camaro! i don't even physically fit in it, it has zero practicality... Just turning into buster slowly.
In theory, awesome project to take on. In practice, not as great but I attribute that to not being set up to work/space like I'd like to be in my garage. In my younger years I had access to a full working shop, considerably better situation than working in my attached garage now haha.
JfuckinC - You don't fit the Camaro but fit the S14? Neither are big but I wouldn't think the S14 has that much more interior space.
Yours shouldn't be too bad, engine swappin is easyThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
way more room in the S14 though, and i don't even have a headliner in the camaro yet...
I couldn’t imagine the seat choice is doing you any favours on interior roominess
Now that you guys have all come to your senses, let's meet up with our Trackhawks this summer.
This thing does it all!
I like neat cars.
Way too many clean cars up in this bitch.
Well that post didn’t age well…. HahaThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

PS Trade for a Trackhawk and Golf R?
I like neat cars.
Haha. Damn. The time stamps show simultaneous posts. As for trade....give me a month or so. I am sure I will get bored. Haha.
They really do. I drove one with a pulley and tune and questioned why I even bother messing with old stuff, and thought I should just sell everything and get a trackhawk lol. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
