Very nice. I'm curious, did they manage to get all your ordered features installed or are there some things they need to install/upgrade after the chip shortage is over?

Nothing seems to be upgradable after the fact, with the things I got cut. Pre order lock in, lost a few things:

- Seat Massagers (I was ok with this one, I hated it but it was nice to have for passengers)
- heated armrests (this one sucked)
- dashcam (this one sucked)
- augmented reality (this one was ok, I don't use factory nav, but it's a nice party trick)

Post lock in, I lost:

- track pace (this one sucked, I loved looking at telemetry when driving hard)
- foot activated trunk (this one sucked)

The foot activated trunk I use quite a bit, but turns out the convertibles never had power trunk, so it was only used for open, so it was less of a loss. I have to close the trunk manually like a pleb regardless haha. I mean I had an option to reorder and hope to get everything, but I was done driving that Sentra.

I'd read somewhere that Mercedes was planning to retrofit ordered features that weren't available at time of delivery but I don't recall the details or if they ever confirmed that was happening. Bummer. Still, bit of an upgrade over the Sentra, amirite.

I'd read somewhere that Mercedes was planning to retrofit ordered features that weren't available at time of delivery but I don't recall the details or if they ever confirmed that was happening. Bummer. Still, bit of an upgrade over the Sentra, amirite.

In the US, the biggest one was the HERMES module, aka LTE modem. That's needed for a lot of shit, so that's a must retrofit piece.

In Canada, the Augmented Reality and Dashcam are retrofittable for some. Depends on what MBUX they got installed (3 levels, low mid and high depending on feature support). I unfortunately got the Mid MBUX, so those options weren't retrofittable for me.

Didn’t know there are levels to the MBUX system. I am guessing the MBUX 2.0 in the new S-Class is the high MBUX? While the GLA is given the low MBUX?
