What do you think of the EFI compared to the carb? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Love it with 200km or so, so far. Starts up really quick, first key turn. I assume my mpg is better but I have not done a check yet. Having a screen to show RPM, temp, adjust idle, see AFR, timing, etc is cool. The power is definitely more. It's so responsive at low RPM I need to be careful with the pedal. I may get a different 'arm' on the throttle body to adjust the profile as I put my foot down. I like the fact that the O2 sensor in the exhaust provides a feedback loop to the EFI unit to continually adjust fuel at all rpm and all throttle positions. Something the carb simply can't do. I especially like that I was able to use the original fuel tank in the cab, and run new fuel hoses to the EFI unit. The elec fuel pump can't be heard at all when the truck is running (bc the exhaust is very loud).
Overall very happy, and goes with the theme I have for the truck.

Technology is a GREAT thing hey Gram Cracker??.....I recently swapped from my older F20B to a K20 in my EK...and man, the efficiency, power, and overall enjoyment are night and day differences.

I've got one, Holley P/N 20-54. I haven't put it on yet but I have the same problem. Hopefully that cures it. It's not the same P/N as the one in the link below, but it looks pretty much the same as the one I have. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Good info, thank you. I'm off to the trans shop tomorrow to have my TV cable adjusted for my 700R4 before heading to Castrol.
HREs never get old. And they're a fresh sight compared to MOTOMETAL or ROCKSTAR rims on SUVs.
The wife is still driving her SUV instead of the car so I have been using it to commute. Decent on gas, comfy and drives nice. It’s just slow...but compared to the other car, most everything is slow.
Couple of shots at work. One in the parkade and the other outside right after getting the windows tinted.
black cars are so hard to keep clean...
^That's awesome. Both of them are deadly.
So old the damn 3M is yellowing on me.
