Lol typical Beyond brokers negotiating deals on behalf of others. Haha.

I love that ride, but would love to make it an addition instead of replacement. I'd consider trading my Grand Cherokee I guess? Hehe.

I've been drooling over this at August all morning and trying super fuckin hard to not message my contact there.

Heh, I've been thinking about making an offer on the 57 Bel Air they have there myself, as well as this Camaro. SO fantastic.

This Camaro is so sick, it's just the price is eye popping, hence my reluctance thus far - I've owned Iroc-Zs in the late 80s/early 90s, a bunch of F platform types, 97 Ram Air Firebird with the old LT1, 98 Ram Air with the LS1, 2002 Ram Air and a 2002 Camaro SS, all purchased new. WS6=win back then, and even now. Anyhow, my point is that I LOVE Camaros and Firebirds, and that 68 built/restomod/whatever is my favorite car in their inventory, and probably the car I drool and dream about the most too.

That thing is not worth $150k, no mention of subframe, carb’d, standard interior. August tax. Like it’s sick, but they’re pandering to their rich clientele that don’t know haha.. look at that janky ass shifter mod in the console.

If you think that car is worthy of an offer with a $150k asking price, you should make @JfuckinC an offer on his Camaro….

$150k for a relic carbureted big block Chevy?……. Junk!

Oh 100%. August definitely gouges no doubt. I’ll admit I have no knowledge about the muscle car world other than knowing that I love a sick looking Camaro like that, but even I can tell that car should not be anywhere close to that number. When I am serious about pulling the trigger on a car like that, I’ll engage one of you pro’s to assist with appropriate pricing.

I wish I had unlimited money, then I wouldn’t need to care. Haha.

There's a 70 Chevy truck at Rosetown Mainline that they're asking $153,000 for. The most hilarious thing about it is that it has a 5.3 LS in it, which isn't my thing but it appeals to a lot of people because it's modern and works well. And it's bolted to a TH350. "LS swap bro!" Yeah, sounds good, have fun with your 3 gears and 3000rpm down the highway.

    I'll be paying $150,000 for a carburetor long before a turbo 350.

For sure, Same situation, actually a really nice truck, but ya the engine and trans really discredits that price. Even if it had a crate LS3 and TR6060 $150k is a tough call though. $150k should merit some extensive chassis mods in my mind.

Edit: it is what it is though, maybe someone will end up buying both, maybe I’m way off haha.

Yeah I'd want to see a full chassis underneath. Looks like it still has drums in the back and cast wheels too. I don't know why you'd go to all the trouble of sorting out LS electronics and then not put in a 4L60/80.

This should all be posted in the get shak a muscle car thread, but the Camaro they have might suit him better at half the price of the August one. Spend some of what's left over on the interior, drivetrain and suspension and end up with a real nice car.

    It's called inflation guys

I agree that the pricing is out of whack. JfuckinC's camaro is worth more than what Shak linked or that C10 without a doubt.

People see Barret Jackson / Mecum prices and think theirs are the same quality / level of build.

Ya sorry for spamming the everyday thread but SKR has another huge point, 3 piece or at least top end wheels and 4 wheel discs would need to be a minimum for over 100k in my eyes. That’s like a $70k truck.

That e90 m3 looks great. I’ve been keeping an eye out for one and clean ones are hard to come by.
