    2004 2500HD, crew cab, SLT
    8.1L, Allison trans, 4:10 rear.
220,000km. seems like a lot, but the truck has been babied. The driver side seat doesn't even have a crack in it.
Just put some new tires on it today, slightly bigger then in the photo below. Will be removing the bed rail things.
It loves to eat gas. 19l/100km at 110km/h. I'll be looking to have an over-the-wheel well slip tank built to extend my range, and still allow me to put a sled in there all the way up to the cab.

New addition to the fleet. 8.1L gasser, mint condition (except for 1 screw needed in the rear mudflap).
8.1s are great for 2 things... massive torque and emptying fuel tanks. My dad had one of those trucks and it would move out of its way pretty good.

    I want an 8.1.

This will probably seem like a dumb question, but what color is it? First picture looks black, second looks green or maybe grey. I'm not good at picking up on colors.

My dad got one of those 8.1/Allison trucks the first year they came out, loved that truck.

Nice wheel and wheel-color choice on the Raptor! What brand wheel is that?

The 2004 GMC is dark grey.

Had a Suburban with the 8.1 to tow our 33ft travel trailer. Amazing, almost Diesel like torque, but yeah that fuel mileage sucked. It had a tree fall on it sadly and insurance wrote it off. Tried to find another with no luck. Ended up with a V10 Ford Excursion to replace it, 167 L tank we would get 400km out of it.

Nothing like hand wash and hand wax. Being a daily driver though, that bumper is less bright under the sun.

Just got the winter tires off. Put on my new rims. Car needs to be cleaned, but the wheels are nice and shiny!
