    All shined up.
Seems like you regularly go to a coin/card hand wash. Which one(s) do you prefer in the city? I've gone to a lot, I would say my preferred now is on 14st NW just north of Kensington Road. Owned by an Asian family I think, always very clean, fairly new equipment, good water pressure, sudsy pink soap etc. Can usually do my ride in $7-9 no sweat.

That's my preferred spot, too. Close to home and not too busy. Giant lot right next door to hand-dry/towel off. Owner is friendly, facilities are clean.

I don’t mind that car wash, a little cramped, but too far away from me. I’m forced to go to the one on 17thave & 34th St SW

Wish there was a wand wash on the west side.

I wash my car at least once a week.

I didn't even know this existed, I always go to Western Pride if I want a wand wash.

If you have a ceramic coat and wash that often, why not just use the Co-op drive through at 85st/9ave? It works pretty well.

I hate touch less car washes. I enjoy the mental break of washing my car, it’s like meditation for me.

My car has PPF on the whole car. In fact I just installed a new film on my windshield yesterday.

Gets the job done and nothing fancy.

Ya fair enough. I like washing my car too, just often cant spare the time to drive further for a wash that also takes longer.

My car has PPF on the whole thing too; the ceramic coat comment was in reference to the fact that the co-op wash will take everything off that comes off easily. If not ceramic coated, I find those touchless washes aren't good enough. They never get my wife's car clean.

    Gotcha.

Yeh I find they never do a very good job. Plus I’m always worried they might damage the film.

I use to go to Western Pride as well, but the damn exits are so steep that I hated maneuvering at crazy angles to get out without scraping the front of my car.

I don’t have any issues there but I think your car is lower than mine.

    Less than ideal for sure.

Yuh, I'm the same and go once a week usually. Nice little task to batch with another errand. Get the heart rate up a bit with the foam brush, squeegee windows and towel dry door jams then go for a quick spin to air dry. Get home then spray the tires with armor all. This is all for summer only, as in winter, the objectives are different. Occasionally, I wipe/hand-vac the interior if the kids' footprints and snack crumbs become too much to bear.
