It had a few scrapes when we bought it but a lot more scrapes after the previous owners moved out. Our uhaul didn’t scrape when we moved in, and I put down some rubber curb ramps from Wheel Xpert on possession day so the 4Runner and 335d can get in no problem. I would put some bright LEDs there on motion sensors and camera though. Looks prime for sketchy people to come through.
It looks cool, I like it. Get a snowblower if you are worried about shoveling. And you're tucked away enough that you don't feel obligated to snowblow your whole block
