Wow, Honda is really making some ugly cars lately.
The Canadian packaging seems smarter than US with 6MT being kept for top trim. And cheaper too.
Isn't Canadian MSRP for the hatch sport 25,190? Where is the extra cash coming from.

Add freight/PDI, AC/Tire/AMVIC fee and maybe a little more on top for wheel locks, splash guards or block heater.Originally posted by Darkane

How else could you explain OP adding $2000 ish on top of the supposed MSRP. The guy works for the dealership so chances are he's listing the price all in w/o GST!

Last I heard no one was certain if an SI trim was coming in the hatchback lineup. Has it been confirmed that is not happening? Can't see since the first 2 posts were nuked .
Prices posted before they were deleted included Freight/PDI ect.Originally posted by Darkane

The prices included freight/PDI etc., locking wheel nuts, mud guards, block heater
Nothing in the Si as of yet, Honda is focusing on the hatch and Type R. My guess is that the Si will be left somewhere for people to look at and blow up the internet just like what they did with the 10th gen civicOriginally posted by kragnorok

PS Sorry MODs
That's pretty expensive. I got my Touring sedan in the high $28s OTD w/o rebates including splash guards, block heater and wheel locks so considering a Hatch Sport Touring CVT with those items/GST is probably touching $33/34, that's a pretty hefty premium

Here's American pricing as a comparison:

We are a few hundred less if you take the CAD/USD conversion. And since this is made in UK, I think the margin is probably already razor thin being sold in NA.

That's an ugly station wagon
I'm not going to be too hard on Honda here as they could have trotted out a really bland car and still sold hundreds of thousands. That said they really went off the deep end as this has to be the most busy designs from any manufacturer in recent history. There so many vents, bulges, and curves that it looks like Honda farmed out the styling to an aftermarket body kit company.Originally posted by Swank

I didn't want to be disrespectful to the salesman that posted this but I looked it on their website and it is literally Pontiac Aztec level of ugly.
Wow, that's one ugly rear.
Then again, the Fit looks like a station wagon. C'mon Honda, you're inexplicably falling behind in the hatch market.

No dealer should be charging you additional for lock nuts, mud guards and block heater...maybe I am misunderstanding the price though.
Back on topic, it doesn't really matter what Honda makes, it will be a #1 seller or close to it. I think the hatch looks pretty good from some angles, less so from others. The back has too much junk on it. Might be better in person. At least they made a hatch, that is good to see.
I think they got rid of those *incredibly* cheap looking steering wheel controls as well, that's good.
Nailed it.Originally posted by 01RedDX
