Centrally managing RSS feeds

Are any of you guys using any desktop applications or sites to centrally manage your RSS feeds?

I have a list of feeds at work and a list of feeds at home and it's becoming a pain in the ass to keep track of what I've read separately, especially for high traffic subscriptions after a weekend. It'd be nice to only have to keep track of them once but be able view them in multiple locations.
