Default LF: 300pF 50V Ceramic Capacitor

    Hey guys,

I am currently building a JYE Tech 068 oscilloscope and one of the capacitors came cracked. Of course I could order a new capacitor from China but it would probably take 6 weeks to get it. I have looked around for the 300pF cap with no luck.

    digikey - no stock
    active electronics - no stock
    b&e - no stock
    mouser - $20 shipping

I thought i'd test my luck to see if anyone on beyond has one they could sell me.

    Thanks!

I'll check my bins when I get home.
I have a shitload of electrolytics, not so much in the ceramic dept, but you never know...

330 is as close as I have, unknown voltage, but likely 50 or higher.

hmm, its crazy how they are so hard to come by. i quick google says i can wire them in parallel to sum the capacitance. i might try find two 150pf or three 100pf and see how that goes.

I need to buy the ebay starter kits with 30 different values for like $5.

    thanks for looking penguin!

    300 *is* a bit of an odd value. "Standard" values are 100, 150, 220, 330, 470, 560.
I'd do 2 150s or 3 100s in parallel. It'll look sloppy, but easier to do with ceramics than electrolytics.

thanks penguin! 2 x 150pF from B&E did the trick. Went on ebay and ordered a few kits from the peoples republic of china for $5 so I dont run into this problem agian
