    Default Jesus...really?!!!! School zone speeding

I know school zones are a hot topic, but this is insane!

God.. what an idiot. Throw the book at him! Being a idiot is not excusable when it involves putting other peoples lives in danger.

    54 times!

Sounds like his defense did all they could to play violin music.

Sounds like he made a highly dangerous maneuver as well. Bottom line: There is no defense to driving quadruple the speed limit - under ANY circumstances. (And I'm the first one to admit that I speed, and believe that light infractions tend to be little more than a cash grab)

Glad he got some jail time. I hope he learns from this, and his mind doesn't just "go blank" while he's there.

I'm impressed someone can actually get up to that speed in a school zone... Crazy. If you fail your learner's 53 times, perhaps you should just not be allowed to drive.

You would think failing 5-10 times would put a certain restriction onto your record (i.e. fail drivers test 5 times and you need to wait 1 year to take the test again)

54 is retarded, how do you possibly issue a licence to someone who obviously can not drive??????

Have they changed learners permit since my time or are they still just a written exam? not trying to defend this guy, just wanting to better understand.

Drives a Dodge Ram ,... hmm you don't say ....
A Ferrari is a high maintenance chick, you spend money regardless of what you do with her. You can baby the C63, or slap on all seasons, and you won't be spending anything but yearly maintenance. Of course that's like dating a stripper and refusing to fuck her, which would make you gay.

I think it means hes on his 4th year of trying to pass his first period exam =p. If it took him 54 times to pass a learners test hows he ever expect to pass a real test...

He could have hit an angry j-walker.

With the time in jail, he'd be fitting pipe of a different kind.

I know a guy who took around 8 times to pass the learners and I thought that was bad. But this guy takes the cake at 54 times. pretty ridiculous that they would even give someone a license after taking the learners 54 times to pass. So many excuses, just take this guys license away before he kills someone.

Guy is an absolute moron. Definitely needs to have his license taken away for a long time .

Used to be but it's going back to a 4 year apprenticeship again.

4th year means he's getting ready to go for his red seal / journeyman ticket when he goes back to school for his final block.

Honestly I'm not sure this guy should be allowed a drivers license. Failing the learners test 53 times and getting this ticket tells me one day an innocent individual may end up paying a steep price in the future.
