Yes, he's average so far, but I think he'll get better and it's his father's dream for him to drive for Ferrari.

Almost all of the F1 drivers in some form or other brings sponsors to the table. Unless you are a factory team you need money to stay in the game. Even Alonso brings sponsors to the team .
