It will appeal to the group who already have/want a Mercedes suv, but want a bit more utility.

I don't see f150 guys jumping to one of these.

This makes sense. An F150 is still an F150 no matter how much King Ranch you dump on it. If the MB truck was capable, and had useful cargo space, it would be a consideration.
