I've checked your order details and see that the shipment has been shipped on Thursday, January 12, 2017 and has been received by the carrier on the same day. I also see that there are no tracking details available since then. I'm afraid to say that the parcel has been lost in transit to carrier. I really apologize for the inconvenience caused.
