Default who is at fault on this ACCIDENT me or her? i know its her.. careless girl!

ok guys,, this has been the worse MONTH ever.. i need some suggestion here.
ok, i basically T boned this car today.. and i wanted to know whos at fault.. my insurance company told me that it is her fault. i just want to get other people's advice. here is the story.
i was making a left turn on 4 way controlled intersection.. i got on the street that i made the left turn on. street i was on had two lane and had a exit and entrance to albertsons store , etc. well this lady tried to turned left onto other street when cars are pouring through those two lane including mine. so i basically T - boned her car.. damaging my front bumper and side panal and her side door. she told me, she didnt see me! and also try to say that i was kinda going fast. oh come on!! i just made that left turn.. neways damage is very minor so i couldnt be going to fast right? so, once i T boned her she was blocking the both lane.. car didnt even move so inpact was very light. so what do u think guys? who at fault here?

    huh??

Its hard to underastand what the situation was like.... 4 way? Then it would be a 50/50 right?

But basically, nothing matters except who your insurance company thinks is at fault! And if they think its her, its all good for you.

How did you t-bone someone making a left turn? Perhaps a simple diagram would help.

sounds like the pulled out in front of you to go the opposite direction you were heading. if she was leaving a residence or business (no roadway such as parking lot or driveway) it is the responsibility of that person to assure it is done in a safe mannor. SOunds like she fuc*ed up. Sounds like you're not at fault. People always whine to make themselves seem not at fault when really they are.

Yep she's hosed. Any cop can tell more or less how fast you were going and if she's barely damaged, she's screwed.
