Apparently Polanco is one of the higher end neighborhoods in Mexico City. Lots of High end stores in the area as well as a couple of fancy malls.

Could be old Money, Cartel money, or Old Cartel Money

I saw some pretty unbelievable stuff the other week in Cancun. Guards armed to the teeth at Oakley, Hurley. Never mind at Kukulcan Plaza. Some of the guards had fully automatic weapons. I guess that's what happens when you have a Rolex/Prada store.
