    Default Kenmore washer issues

Wondering if anyone can help me out or have any suggestions. My Kenmore washer just decided to stop working and whenever I try to start it the door will lock and nothing happens. The door will not unlock unless done manually. Got the error codes F22 and F24. Replaced the door lock actuator and the water temperature sensor and I'm still having issues.

If the washer is older than five years, replacing it is smarter in the long run. For $600 plus on sale, you can find a quieter replacement, using less water, soap and energy. I had a nine-year-old washer, two service calls in two years with parts, $500. Finally bought a new washer with warranty in September, $600 on sale, free delivery and they took the old washer away for $50.

My washer energy use went down by 50% with this new washer. High five for technology.

Well managed to solve the issue. After screwing around with it for 2 days I finally decided to take the electronic board out from underneath the washer. Found a burned and cracked solder joint. Resoldered that and is now currently running. New washer would be nice but no funds at the moment.

I can appreciate the good feeling when you can bring the dead back to life and keep six hundred bucks in your pocket all at the same time.
