Mine went down from $305k to $298.5k.
Wow, first time in the 5 years I've had this place it has actually dropped! Was either by $10k or $35k... can't remember what this one was last year
EDIT: actually the second year it has dropped! $540.5 to $535 to $514.5

Mine went up 39.5K... what a joke
Mine dropped down to $229.5 k. I'll have to check what it was assessed at previously. I think it was in the mid 240's..
Down 3.2%. First time I've seen this many details on it. Most of which is incorrect, lol.

Don't forget, if your drop is less than 4% you will still see an increase on your bill.
Small business owners in the burbs are gonna get raped. Wonder how many will close up shop after they see the damage.

So you're saying I should invite them over to get a proper assessment? I just have to laugh whenever I see "Sales Comparison" used. Most of the houses selling around here haven't been renovated since the early 80's with the exception of maybe a roof and furnace.Originally posted by kenny

Up only 0.4% over last year or $3000

Wow, my house dropped a whole $10K. I guess I am paying more tax again. Thanks Nenshi.

Mine dropped about $32k, pretty good since it went up like 50k a few years ago out of nowhere...which was like a 20% increase.
I thought you sold and were in Vancouver now?? Much confuseOriginally posted by Sugarphreak
Mine dropped about 70K, and that was with the addition of more square footage... a bit tough to swallow after a 100K drop last year
Sad part is I am listed 50K under the assessed value still
Oh well... just money, still got my health
